Overview

As City Head, you own Foodfy's success in your city. You will onboard restaurants, build the driver network, grow the customer base, and recruit Area Heads to handle neighborhood-level operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building local communities and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and other food businesses in the city
  • Recruit and manage Area Heads for key neighborhoods and districts
  • Build and maintain the local driver/delivery partner network
  • Drive customer acquisition through local marketing and community engagement
  • Ensure high service quality: delivery times, order accuracy, customer satisfaction
  • Manage city-level operations, budget, and growth targets
  • Handle escalated issues from restaurants, customers, and drivers
  • Report weekly metrics and insights to your State Head

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, sales, or business management
  • Strong knowledge of your city's neighborhoods, food scene, and demographics
  • Experience in restaurant management, food delivery, retail, or hospitality
  • Proven ability to recruit and manage field teams
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
  • Self-motivated and resourceful problem-solver

A local operator who knows your city like the back of your hand. You love food, know the restaurant owners, and can convince them to join the platform. You are organized, results-driven, and can manage multiple Area Heads while keeping quality high.

As a Foodfy territory partner, you are a business owner — not an employee. Foodfy is allocating 25% of company equity to its partners, with 5% reserved for each territory level. This sweat equity vests after a 10-year commitment.
