Overview

As Country Head, you will be the CEO of Foodfy in your nation. You will launch the platform, build the local team, navigate regulations, and scale the business from zero to market leadership. You are the face of Foodfy in your country, responsible for everything from restaurant onboarding to customer growth to government relations.

Responsibilities

  • Launch Foodfy in the country and drive adoption among restaurants, customers, and drivers
  • Recruit and manage State Heads to expand coverage nationwide
  • Navigate local regulations, food safety laws, and business licensing requirements
  • Build partnerships with national restaurant chains, payment gateways, and delivery networks
  • Manage country-level P&L and optimize unit economics
  • Adapt marketing, pricing, and product features to local market needs
  • Build and lead a high-performing local team across operations, sales, and support
  • Report to your Region Head on KPIs, growth metrics, and market intelligence

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business leadership experience in your target country
  • Strong understanding of local F&B industry, consumer habits, and regulatory landscape
  • Experience launching or scaling a technology platform or marketplace
  • Proven ability to build teams from scratch in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Network of relationships with local restaurant owners, chains, or food industry leaders
  • Experience managing budgets of $1M+ annually
  • Fluent in the local language and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills

As a Foodfy territory partner, you are a business owner — not an employee. Foodfy is allocating 25% of company equity to its partners, with 5% reserved for each territory level. This sweat equity vests after a 10-year commitment.
