Overview

As a Region Head, you will spearhead Foodfy's strategic growth across 20-50 countries within your region. You will build and lead a team of Country Heads, set ambitious growth targets, and own the P&L for your entire region. This is a senior leadership role that combines entrepreneurial vision with operational excellence to transform the F&B industry at a continental scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute regional growth strategy across all countries in the territory
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage Country Heads for each nation in your region
  • Own regional P&L and drive revenue growth to meet quarterly targets
  • Build strategic partnerships with regional F&B chains, payment providers, and logistics networks
  • Adapt Foodfy's platform and business model to regional cultural and regulatory requirements
  • Report directly to Foodfy Global leadership on regional performance and market insights
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with all Country Heads
  • Identify and capitalize on regional M&A and partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience, with 5+ years in multi-country roles
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple countries
  • Deep understanding of regional food, culture, and consumer behavior
  • Experience managing P&L of $10M+ annually
  • Strong network across the F&B, technology, or logistics industries
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages highly valued
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region

A seasoned executive who has built or scaled multi-country operations in food tech, e-commerce, or logistics. Someone who thinks at scale, moves fast, and can recruit world-class Country Heads. You are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves to solve operational challenges.

As a Foodfy territory partner, you are a business owner — not an employee. Foodfy is allocating 25% of company equity to its partners, with 5% reserved for each territory level. This sweat equity vests after a 10-year commitment.
