Overview

As State Head, you will drive Foodfy's expansion across all cities within your state or province. You will recruit City Heads, build relationships with state-level restaurant chains and food businesses, and ensure operational excellence across your territory. This role combines B2B sales leadership with operational management.

Responsibilities

  • Expand Foodfy's presence to all major and secondary cities in your state
  • Recruit, train, and manage City Heads for each city in your territory
  • Build relationships with state-level restaurant chains, food courts, and hospitality groups
  • Drive B2B sales to onboard restaurants, groceries, and other food businesses
  • Ensure consistent service quality and operational standards across cities
  • Manage state-level budget and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with Country Head on statewide growth strategies
  • Identify local market trends and competitive dynamics

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or operations management
  • Strong knowledge of the state's business landscape and food industry
  • Experience managing teams across multiple locations
  • Track record of B2B sales or business development in hospitality, food tech, or retail
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and hit revenue targets
  • Local language fluency and market knowledge essential
